Do you love watching HGTV?  Are you interested in learning more about real estate and marketing?  We are looking for a dynamic Leasing Consultant and Leasing Ambassador to join the TempleTown Realty team!

The Leasing Ambassador will be providing assistance to TempleTown Realty which is a leading provider of off-campus student housing in the Temple University with over 300 apartments and houses for rent all within three blocks of campus.

Job Description:  The Leasing Ambassador will be responsible for varying tasks that support TempleTown’s leasing activities. A central part of the role will be assisting prospects with the leasing process from start to finish. This includes responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments and showing apartments across the area, processing applications, drafting lease documents, collecting deposits, etc. in a fast-paced environment.

Other essential duties include supporting managers with marketing strategies such as helping with creating marketing projects, representing TempleTown at housing fairs, sending newsletters, updating social networking sites, writing blog entries, hosting open houses, etc. and administrative duties such as answering phones, filing/scanning, and other administrative assistance as needed.

Skills Learned / Experience: The Leasing Ambassador will have the opportunity to work at a small, entrepreneurial, fast-paced company and work side-by-side with the company’s managers. You will gain experience in all aspects of real estate marketing and office management.
