Maintenance Requests

Please make a routine maintenance request by calling Maintenance at 267-519-2825 or emailing the following information:

Tenant's Name (required)

Your Phone Number (required)

Your Email (required)

Property Address (include apartment number)(required):

Location of maintenance request (i.e. kitchen, 2nd floor bathroom, 3nd floor rear bedroom, etc.):

Description of maintenance request:

You can also include a picture of the problem if you have one.

Maintenance will contact you when they will be coming out to complete your maintenance requests.  Most routine requests can be completed within 2 business days.

Will I be charged for maintenance requests?

You will not be charged for most maintenance repairs.  If the damage was caused by neglect or misuse by the tenant, you will be charged for the repair.  Our maintenance staff will inform you beforehand if you will be charged for the repair.  Tenants will be charged for after-hours lock outs.

Emergency Maintenance/After Hours Requests

During office hours, you may report emergency maintenance requests by contacting the TempleTown office at 215-232-3707.  After office hours, please call the emergency maintenance line at 610-755-8593 and leave a voicemail message with a description of your maintenance request.  Only emergencies will be responded to.
