Resident Portal
Equinox Resident Portal allows residents to access all of their important account information including:
- Access to account history
- Ability to view and print copies of Lease Agreements and other documents
- Ability to make online payments with a check or credit card
- Click to access Resident Portal now
How do I register for Resident Portal?
- Go to the Equinox Resident Portal homepage.
- Click on the “Sign Up” button.
- Please use your email address that you used to apply for the apartment when you sign up.
**If you do not use the same info that we have on record for your account to register for Equinox Resident Portal, there may be a delay in your registration in order for your records to be updated first.
After submitting your registration you will receive an email with a temporary password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk mail folder. You will be asked to change that password after logging into the portal for the first time.
