Celebrate Valentine’s Day
On the cheap: Stargazing at the Franklin Institute Observatory ($5 per person), iceskating at Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest ($3 for admission + $10 for skate rental), strolling through the gardens of Morris Arboretum ($9 for students), or soaking up Philly from City Hall Tower ($4 for students)
To impress: Take your sweetheart out to a special Valentine’s Day Brunch or Dinner at one of these popular Philly eateries. Prix-fixe menus range from $25 to $85 per person and include a full course meal that will be sure the impress even the pickiest of food critics.
