How to Reserve an Apartment

Once you have seen an apartment and would like to reserve it, a Rental Application reservation deposit of one month’s rent is due. This deposit takes your apartment off of the market and guarantees it for your move-in. The reservation deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to move in costs for the apartment.

The Rental Application can be completed online here.  After you fill out the Rental Application, click on the “Pay Deposit” to pay the deposit of one month’s rent online.  Service fees apply to payments made online.  You can also pay the deposit by submitting a check or money order made out to “TempleTown Realty” to our office at 1535 N. Sydenham Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121.

Rental Requirements

All prospective residents age 18 or older that will be living in the apartment are required to complete a Rental Application.

There are 3 types of Rental Applications:

Applicant with Co-Signer:  If you are a student and a parent or other person will be your financial guarantor for lease, please select this option.

Individual Applicant:  You will be required to provide proof of income and a credit check. A Non-Refundable Fee of $40.00 (per applicant) is due at time of application.

International Student:  If you are an international student or do not have a social security number, please select this option. Please note that the security deposit will be equal to 2 month’s rent.

Move-In Costs

Typical move-in costs is three month’s rent for first month rent, last month rent, and Security Deposit.  We require one of these month’s to be paid as soon as possible to reserve the apartment.  The other two month’s rent is due prior to the lease start date.

We accept check, cashiers check, money order, and credit/debit card payments.  For safety and security purposes, we do not accept cash.  Payments can be dropped off or mailed to our office at 1535 N. Sydenham Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121.  Card payments and e-check payments can be paid online on Equinox Resident Portal (initial registration required).
